I’m Kimberli Clements, better known as Kimi, and I’m proud to say that since 1996 I have been doing what I love! From the time I entered this industry, I have consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer every year. When it comes to representing my clients, I believe that education is incredibly important. As a result, I have worked to receive several designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representation, Seller’s Representation, Certified Residential Specialist and The Graduate Realtor Institute. As a native of Milledgeville, I have a nuanced understanding of the market here.

Having 5 children, and now 3 granddaughters, family is everything to me and that mentality carries over into everything I do. I enjoy running, working out, volunteering, and serving at my church. Most of my clients become my friends before we even close. I’m still amazed that I get paid to do what I love! My goal is simple- Making yours a reality!



I’m Kyle Cullars – often known as Kimi’s brother! I am thrilled to work with her in serving people throughout Middle Georgia. We grew up in Milledgeville, literally at Sinclair Dam. I attended local public schools and graduated from GMC Prep School. I worked downtown throughout high school, getting to know this community inside and out at a very young age. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in architecture and building construction, and I designed and built homes in metro Atlanta for several years. I have had a passion for home design since I was a child. After marrying my college sweetheart (also from Milledgeville) and beginning our own family, we knew we wanted to raise our two boys in our hometown with our extended family all around! We happily returned from the big city, and I worked for more than twenty years as a university administrator at Georgia College, where I also completed the MBA program that I had begun at Georgia State University years earlier. My wife and I own a local quick-serve restaurant, and we’re plugged into this community in a multitude of ways.

I’m a man of integrity who values people – always striving to look out for what’s best for others. I’m committed to excellence in everything I do, and I’m a huge believer in being generous with others in every way possible. I’m a servant leader who takes influence seriously – always intentionally investing in others.
